Baoti Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as BaoTi) is a Baoji Nonferrous Metals Processing Factory (formerly 902 Factory), which was established as a whole to establish a modern enterprise system and rationalize the management relationship of state-owned assets. It is controlled by Shaanxi Nonferrous Metal Holding Group Co., Ltd. The large-scale enterprise group is China's largest specialized rare metal production and research base based on titanium and titanium alloys with total assets of 10.7 billion.
